The Kansas City BBQ Store will ship items worldwide. However, local restrictions/customs may apply. Customers outside of the United States should check applicable national and local import regulations before ordering.

Shipping rates are calculated per geographic region. Ground shipping is an estimated delivery date, typically in one to five days from initial order - excluding weekends. All orders are shipped "driver release," which means packages will be delivered to the recipient address with no signature required. Packages can be left at any exterior door. 

The Kansas City BBQ Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double check addresses. 

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. The Kansas City BBQ Store is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

For gift shipments, please double check the recipient's address and make sure the recipient is available for delivery.

We will only ship to actual street addresses. Shipments will not be made to P.O. boxes.
