Discovered this seasoning years ago and loved it on steaks and burgers. Last year for Christmas dinner I went one step further and used Cowtown Steak Seasoning on Prime Rib cooked on a Traeger Pellet Stove. Everyone who tried it agreed the Prime Rib was AWSOME and it was another hit this year.

Cowtown Steak is a permanent must-have on our spice shelf and a new Christmas tradition. (The gravy made from the drippings was also AWSOME!)
