The 55 gallon Gateway Drum Smoker offers competition-level performance for the backyard pitmaster. These smokers excel at keeping temperatures between 250 and 325 degrees which makes different cooking methods accessible in one package. The removable fuel basket can hold up to 10 pounds of charcoal allowing for up to 14 hours of cook time without the need to refuel. The standard cooking grate offers 462 square inches of cooking space and can be expanded with additional grates up to 1,386 inches making it the perfect smoker for your family, or to feed a block party!

Gateway Drum Smokers are highly customizable with accessories such as a diffuser plate and rib hanging kit. The included cooking grate can be placed at any of three different cooking levels so you can choose exactly where you want to position your products to get the outcome you want. Not only can you move foods closer or away from the fire, you can adjust them to accommodate large cuts or use the available grates you can fill all three levels to maximize the space. The versatility and high capacity of the drum design allows you to smoke as much or as little as you need with the same amount of fuel.
