My Favorite Sauce

Have tried dozens of sauces over the years since moving to the Kansas City area in 1995. Discovered Hillsdale "The sauce" (hot) by accident and couldn't have been more pleased. This sauce has now become my "go to" sauce both at home and in my work place fridge. Nice amount of heat without being overly spicy. The 1/2 gallon glass jug is very convenient.
