Add a Flat French style stainless steel lid to your order! Our stainless steel lids are cut to match the shape of your skillet with a small overhang. We forge out a beautiful stainless steel handle and attach it with three 1/8" stainless steel rivets. It is perfect for creating a convection within your skillet.
Works on: induction, glass and coil electric, gas, open fire, in the oven, on the grill, in the smoker, and in the wood burning oven.
